These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patrons of the venue located at Level 38, 88 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000, Sydney, Australia. They govern your use of the website, your presence within the venue, and your participation in any dining, gaming, or concierge services.

Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions.

- Means Sydney Casinoeatery at Level 38, 88 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000, including the Dining Room, Gaming Floor, VIP salons, and all associated facilities.
- Patron
- Means any person aged 21 or over who enters the Venue, whether for dining, gaming, or other permitted purposes.
- Gaming Floor
- Means the designated area within the Venue where offline casino gaming is conducted for licensed patrons.
- Dining Room
- Means the fine-dining restaurant and lounge area within the Venue, open daily from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Eligibility and Age Verification
All patrons must be at least 21 years of age and present valid physical identification proving age upon entry.
- Acceptable identification includes a current passport, an Australian driver's licence, or a government-issued photo ID.
- Digital, scanned, or photocopied identification is not accepted under any circumstances.
- The Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is unable to prove their age with acceptable physical identification.
- Entry to the Gaming Floor is strictly limited to patrons aged 21 or over, even when accompanied by an adult.
Entry requirement
Valid physical ID proving age 21+ is required for floor admission. No exceptions.
Reservations and Cancellations
Dining Reservations
Dining reservations can be made via phone or email and are subject to availability. The Dining Room operates daily from 12:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
- A credit card may be required to secure reservations for parties of six or more.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may incur a charge of AUD 50 per person.
Gaming Floor Access
Gaming floor access is available 24/7 for licensed patrons with valid physical ID.
- Entry is at the discretion of management and may be refused or revoked at any time.
- Patrons must comply with all house rules and responsible gambling policies while on the Gaming Floor.
Dress Code and Conduct
Dress Code
Smart elegant attire is required at all times within the Venue.
- Examples of acceptable attire include collared shirts, dresses, tailored trousers, and elegant footwear.
- Not permitted: athletic wear, beachwear, flip-flops, or torn clothing.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire, even with a confirmed reservation.
Conduct
Patrons must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times.
- Disruptive, intoxicated, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the Venue.
- Smoking is prohibited except in designated outdoor areas.
Gaming Floor Rules
All gaming activities are subject to the following rules and applicable New South Wales regulations. The Casino Gaming Floor is open 24/7 for licensed patrons.
- Only patrons aged 21+ with valid physical ID may enter the gaming floor.
- Electronic devices must be switched off at gaming tables.
- Cheating or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in prosecution.
- The Venue reserves the right to refuse service to any patron at any time.
Responsible Gambling
Sydney Casinoeatery is committed to responsible gambling and provides support for patrons who may need assistance.

- Complimentary VIP Valet is available at Barangaroo South Concourse.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
